In the event of any claim by the silent or any person for the damage of the gems and jewellery or damage result in directly or indirectly for the report the liability of DGL will be self-limited to the amount it received as fee in connection with report.
DGL or any of its staff don’t have any kind of interest in buying or selling of diamond, precious or semi- precious gemstones or jewellery.
DGL investigates diamonds precious or semi-precious stones and issues the gemological report requested by the depositor.
DGL reports may have possible inaccuracy due to any technical or mechanical defect or error of any instrument or equipment used for the investigation done on any precious or semi -precious stone or diamond or jewellery.
DGL reports are valid only for each item tested.
DGL reports are not any kind of valuation or appraisal.
DGL will only mention the gross weight of the jewellery in which diamond or precious or semi- precious stone is studded.
